Auditorium Rentals
There are three base rates for the public to rent the Auditorium. These rates are for an empty gym with basic sports equipment needed for an activity - such as nets.
- Recreation Rate: $30.00/hour plus HST
- For community groups that offer physical activities
- Non-Profit Rate: $35.00/hour plus HST
- For non-profit groups such as craft fairs, markets, theatre productions, music shows/concerts, fundraisers, etc.
- Commercial Rate: $55.00/hour plus HST
- This rate is for any commercial business hosting events such as auctions, trade shows, film industry projects, etc.
- Birthday Parties: $70.00 for 2 hours plus HST
- This includes up to 6 tables and 30 chairs and access to various gym equipment.
- Renters are responsible for general cleanup after the event. Staff will provide brooms, garbage receptacles and cleaning supplies to wipe tables and chairs. Please notify staff of any large spills or messes.
- Indoor shoes are required for all attendees.
Please note that the hours assigned to your event include all set-up and all clean-up, including the set-up and clean-up of all subcontractors that you may utilize. Please book event time frames accordingly. Staff will come in to remind renters of the end time.

Room Rentals
Currently, the Windsor Community Centre does not have meeting rooms available to rent due to ongoing renovations. Please contact us for further information and availability.
Kitchen Rentals
