NS Department of Municipal Affairs and Housing Announcement June 2022

The Nova Scotia Department of Municipal Affairs and Housing has announced the availability of vacant Provincially-owned land for residential developers in Nova Scotia, including several parcels near Tremain Crescent in Windsor. Any required amendment or development agreement will follow the required public process.
