Access-A-Homes Program: Helps people adapt their homes to become wheelchair accessible
Home Adaptations for Senior Independence: financial assistance for home adaptations to enable seniors with lower incomes to stay in their homes.
Senior Citizens Assistance Program: Assists senior homeowners (age 65+) who would like to remain in their own homes, but cannot afford necessary repairs
Parent Apartment Program: provides low-interest loans to create apartments for senior family members in existing single-family homes
Provincial Housing Emergency Repair: financial assistance for homeowners to make emergency repairs to their homes
Small Loans Assistance: improve housing conditions by providing low-interest loans to qualified applicants
Rental Residential Rehabilitation Assistance: financial assistance to assist in upgrading the condition of existing rental units
Home Ownership Preservation: Provides assistance to make major repairs or renovations to meet the minimum level of health and safety standards
Rent Supplement: paid to landlords or cooperative/ non-profit housing projects
