A Public Information meeting is scheduled to be held at 6:00pm on June 3, 2026, in the Council Chambers at 76 Morison Drive, Windsor.
The purpose of this meeting is to explain and initiate comments on a development agreement application for PIDs 45005584 and 45337748 Panuke Road, Three Mile Plains, to permit 11 stacked townhouse blocks with eight units per block, for a total of 88 units. Please note that this is the first step in the process, and no decisions have been made yet.
