This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 76 Morison Dr, Windsor.

The meeting is to explain and receive public input on a new development agreement application to permit a wind farm (Bear Lake) with up to seven turbines on PIDs 45060068, 45060076, 45381209, 45381217, 45399540, 45399573, 45317435, 45399532, and 45317427 in the Vaughan to Upper Vaughan area. Other PIDs are included in the application but do not contain project infrastructure. Notice of Approval

 The following applications were approved by WHRM Council on April 22, 2025:

• A rezoning application for 33 Lakewood Drive, Brooklyn, PID 45017183, to rezone from the split zoning of Highway Commercial (HC) and Two-Unit Residential (R-2) to entirely Two-Unit Residential (R-2); and

• Amendments to the Windsor Land Use By-law to rezone PID 45405784 College Rd, Windsor, from Single-Unit Residential (R-1) to Institutional (I) and amend the Windsor LUB to allow agrivoltaics systems as an accessory use to the Institutional zone.

Windsor’s annual Community-wide Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025. The advertised hours are 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.

First come, first serve! The parking lot at the Hants Aquatic Centre. Elmcroft Park, Stannus Street, is available to groups or individuals wishing to set up. With these sites, you are responsible for bringing your own tables.
