Public Information Meeting - 6:00pm, Feb. 5, 2025

This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 76 Morison Drive, Windsor. The purpose of this meeting is to explain and initiate comments on the following application:
• Rezoning PID 45405784 on College Road, Windsor, from Single-Unit Residential (R-1) to Institutional (I) and amendments to the Windsor Land Use By-law to allow agrivoltaics systems as an accessory use in the Institutional zone.
Please note this is the first step in the process, and no decisions have been made yet.
This meeting will also be livestreamed on our YouTube page and the recording will be available to watch at any time after the meeting.
