Sports Complex Arena Attendant 2

We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of Sports Complex Arena Attendant 2.

Reporting to the Sports Complex/Aquatic Centre Coordinator, the Arena Attendant will maintain the Sports Complex facilities and prepare it for all sporting and recreation events and programs, provide excellent service and manage risk through maintenance and public education.

Generally, the Arena Attendant will be responsible for the area defined as the Arena section of the Complex and common areas and have higher responsibilities when compared to Arena Attendant 1 as it relates to the supervision of the ice plant and ice equipment repairs and maintenance. However, the attendant may be required from time to time within his or her shift to assist with the fieldhouse side as well as all outside areas of the complex if required or directed.

The candidate will be required to do shift work/35-40 hours per week and is subject to a 6-month probation period with a wage rate of $20 per hour.
