For any caregiver (mother, father, grandparent, babysitter, etc.) and their little one (newborn to school aged)!
This class offers a combination of low-impact endurance and strength exercises using the large muscles groups is planned for participants. For example, this can include: squats, assisted lunges, wall push ups, pelvic floor exercises and gentle core strengthening exercises. Activities will often include kids so that exercising becomes a normal part of life and a fun bonding experience. Airplane leg extensions, chest presses, and London bridges are some of the exercises planned for caregivers and kids.
