Public Works
The Public Works Department is located in the Municipal Complex at 76 Morison Drive in the Windsor-West Hants Industrial Park.
The Department is primarily responsible for potable water, sanitary sewer service and Municipal owned roads within the areas of Falmouth and Three Mile Plains.
The Department is also responsible for Solid Waste Management, including recycling, for the Municipality of West Hants.

Water and Sewer Service Installations
Please note that from October 31 to April 1 of each year there will be no service lateral installations by Public Works Staff. All persons considering building structures requiring water and/or sanitary sewer services must make application by September 30.
